where do the digital scrapbookers get their graphics? do they draw them all by hand in photoshop?
what software is needed if they are hand drawn? what type of education or classes can someone take to learn this art?
well, if you live in US they have michael’s sometimes they have scrapbook lesson, and collage always good (cut pieces from something, ex:magazine, and glue it all together), and if you want clip art, illustrator offer better, and good thing is that you can scale it up and not getting pixelated
